This is a story I’ve wanted to read for ages! I know- the whole House of Night series kind of jumped the shark a few books back, but I still like it. And I will still read it. And really- how often do we get back story on the villains?
Plus, I think that cover is my favorite of the entire series.

I haven’t read any of the books in the House of Night series but my friend’s thinking of buying the whole series, so I hope she finally decides to do it and lend the books to me. Haha. Thanks for stopping by my WoW!

It was my favorite favorite favorite paranormal series when it started. Then it jumped the shark. But like I said… I’ll keep reading it. I tend to be very loyal to the authors I love.

Finally, although I haven’t read the House of Night series , this sounds great and may be the catalyst to get me to read the series now. I love stories about the villains and how they got to be so… villainous, for lack of a better term. Not to mention, great cover! Thanks for sharing!

*blush* I have not read ANY of the House of Night books. No, I take that back, I think I did read the first one a while back. I love P.C. Cast’s other, adult series, though!… I just really need to try to get into this one!

I haven’t read any of the House of Night series yet, but I’m thinking of trying them as audiobooks. However, to hear that the series “jumped the shark” isn’t very encouraging. But I totally love the phrasing.

I used to be a big fan of the HON series but for some reason I got a turn off it. Maybe I’ll come back to it someday. I love the cover of this one though.
