Bout of Books 6.0 Guess the Cover Challenge (+ Giveaway!)
Updated: Jan 9, 2013
Winner Announced!
I was so surprised that 33 people spent time trudging through the internet to find these covers. I hope everyone had as much fun with it as I did putting it together!
21 people got all of the answers correct. 21! So I ran 21 through a random number generator to see which of those 21 folks would win the prize.
I’m so excited to be hosting a Bout of Books challenge this round!
Welcome to Day 2 of the Read-a-thon! Today’s fun is all about guessing the cover of some of the most anticipated releases of 2013 (well, at least to me – hopefully to you too!).
How to Play:
Below are 25 thumbnails that are a portion of a book cover. The goal is to figure out which book cover each thumbnail comes from. Most of them are YA novels, but a few of them venture into adult urban fantasy or other genre. I tried to put in a little something for everyone – contemporary YA, dystopian, paranormal, urban fantasy, paranormal romance and sci-fi. There are no non-fiction books or adult contemporary novels included. All of these books have a release date in 2013.
To submit your answers, email them directly to me at mandikayeottaway@gmail.com. The person who gets the most correct will win the book of their choice (up to $15) from either Amazon or The Book Depository. If there is more than one winner, I will use a random number generator to determine the winner based on the order the responses were received.
The giveaway is open internationally so all Bout of Books participants are eligible. Anyone can have fun with the challenge, but only those signed up for BoB may win the prize. The winner will be selected tomorrow.
Have fun and good luck!

This is a great challenge. I think that I might have done pretty well with this one. I have not been participating in the challenges, but have been coming along nicely with my goals. I may have to try out a couple of challenges over the next few days.
